Smoke Detector Batteries: Residents are responsible for replacing batteries in smoke detectors. If you need assistance in having the batteries installed please submit a worker order request after you have purchased the 9v battery.

Light bulbs: Residents are responsible for replaicing lightbulbs in your apartment. If you need assistance in having the light bulb installed please submit a work order request after you have purchased the bulb.

Air Filters: Are available in the leasing office at no charge for residents of Tylor Grand Apartments. Stop by the office to pick up a replacement filter. Or, submit a work order request for us to replace the filter for you. Air filters should be replaced monthly to help with energy cost and to prolong the life of you a/c-heating unit.
